Hi Pat. Have you checked all your devices ? Because it will arrive on a different device to the one you are logged onto. Apple send it to one of your other devices to make sure it really is you. How did Apples message say it would be sent? SMS, iMessage, eMail ?
Also I am not sure what you mean by “the iPhone App” ? All the little squares that you tap to open on your iPhone are “iPhone Apps”.
