So sad to hear of Severin’s passing. My sincere condolences to Jenny, Peter and
Andrew. Sev was a real gentleman, dedicated Mac user and man of many interests
and talents. As a fellow Albany resident, I would bump into him at art
exhibitions, good coffee shops and cafes and, of course, Albany Summer school
where he was one of the long term organisers.

Kind regards

Neil

Hi Peter and All,

Like so many I was saddened by the news that Severin Crisp passed away. He was
a great supporter of WAMUG and Apple and I am glad that his family will
continue with this tradition.

To Peter Crisp and Severin’s family my sincere condolences. I have no doubt
that he is now resting peacefully.

Kind regards,

Philippe Chaperon

Hello WAMUG Members,

Peter Crisp has contacted me offlist as his email address is still being
moderated, and asked me to post his reply to the Mailing list members.

Message From Peter below:

"Hi group, I am very sad to say my father (Associate Professor Severin Crisp)
passed away on Friday of last week. He had been in hospital for many months
late last year and more recently into a full care nursing facility from January
this year near to his dear wife Jenny. He had an illness which overcame him
Friday morning whilst in the nursing facility. He was a delightful and very
dear father. We had many happy years and times.

He was my introduction to the Apple world too and I am very glad for that. My
family (5 of us) is exclusively Apple, and it has been a very reliable one too.
He is also my introduction to this forum. It has been great to be a part of it
with all of you being very helpful over the years for Dad, me and other family
members who have beneficiaries of the tips we have passed on. I will be here
for many years to come too.

I wish you all a happy day.

Sincerely

Peter Crisp."
