Hi Stephen Try the following should solve it - In Calendar. Go to the Calendar menu then Preferences. Go too Advanced. Un-tick “Ask before sending changes to events”. You should then find new changes just happen automatically when a calendar is updated or refreshed (eg using Command-R to force a Refresh).
