I’ve also been happy with Malwarebytes – I just have the free version.

 

Though I guess we will all be happy with whatever we use – until something bad 
makes it past whatever we use  ;o)

I’ve had good result using Malwarebytes. Free or premium version you get the 
same underlying detection engine.
