HI Walter, apologies to others this is a bit off course of a mac topic but for 
Walter’s request please see below.

I have successfully set up the ELM327 and using the iPhone 8 took these images 
(at the Google Drive link here). So this one works fine with a Wifi connection. 
Note the app I used “car scanner” is one of a number that works for ELM327 
units. Establish a Wifi connection to the unit and then follow your nose. Note 
the free instance I have I can only select 2 engine parameters to log. Probably 
enough given your earlier emails.
