Hi Peter We are not using iCloud email addresses We are using the native Apple Mail application. I’ve just checked her iPad and she only has her email address and credentials, not mine. I do have her email credentials on mine for various reasons. I don’t mind her getting my emails but the fact she does is annoying. She, on the other hand, doesn’t want them at all. Rules don’t appear to have special rules at all. I hope this clarify’s it for you Thanks for your assistance Kind regards Peter
