Hello fellow Wamuggers, Thank you for your replies. Stephen, I have spent time on the Epson Web Site and “Contact us”, goes to which Country or district are you from, nowhere does it mention Australia, Oceania, or the USA, so it is a little frustrating that I can’t actually reach Epson on line.
I’ll try an Epson seller in W.A. and see if they can help, having just upgraded to a New iMac it may just mean that I’ll have to upgrade to a New Scanner, hasn’t been a good start to 2021, but just like me there’s parts that are just gradually breaking down and need replacing Lol.
