Thanks for the heads up Daniel. Seems like a great upgrade. I have only ever 
had to save from a catastrophic failure of a hard drive with no warning once in 
my life but CCC had me with a bootable backup to keep going and then an easy 
restore when the hard drive was replaced .... and I have never had the “lost 
all of my precious photos” regrets. 

I like time machine but in its now superseded form a lot quicker. 

Perhaps a comparison of the benefits of using one or the other or both backups 
could be a nice WAMUG presentation.
