Details:
In skirmish with 4 fixed allies and 3 opponents, also allied:
One AI player will repeatedly call for help when it does not need it. Other
player will attempt to respond, then all will stop moving - presumably
becasue there is nothing to shoot at.
They will not respond to "go" or other "help" commands. All repliy that they
are "helping X" where X is the AI endlessly requesting help.
Even large attack near AI troop formations will not get them to respond.
