Hey there, I've found a bug on Launchpad requesting warzone 2100 be packaged for the Ubuntu archives: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/102406 and am interested in doing the work. I've had a little play this afternoon and am enjoying the game and definitely want to get it sorted for Gutsy's release in November. I've had a very very brief look over the source code and was wondering if you would be able to accommodate me in any of my requests; Although Ubuntu does accept .tar.bz2's It would be better if you could release as tar.gz - this is completely unessential though. You have distro-specific buildfiles in your source, (win32, macosx & debian/ ) Would it be possible for you to release a "clean" tarball without any of this? (including without the debian/ ) Thanks for any help you can give me and I hope I can get this some exposure in Ubuntu :) Pricey _______________________________________________ Warzone-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/warzone-dev
