Details:

When I try to start a new campaign game I get the following error:
Failed to read a valid object file image from memory.
Saved dump file to '/tmp/warzone2100.gdmp'
Segmentation fault

The dump file is attached.

The reason for this seems to be because SDL_GL_GetProcAddress is failing. Why
this is I am unsure. However setting can_do_stencil_one_pass to 0 (so it does
not check at all) fixes the issue.

The build is a standard -O2 build on a 64-bit Gentoo system.
