Details:
While looking at Qamly's .2.3 release, I saw this, and it is useful IMO.
I basically copied verbatim everything that he did, and only changed it from
a key press combo, to a console (cheat) command of "showfps" Turn it on/off
by entering the same command.
Then it will show your FPS always when enabled.
