In part, yes, it are just some random notes which I think may be useful
to tell users (in a next release announcement) to describe the status of
warzone. It is just meant to function as a scratchpad to dump some
thoughts. I.e. it isn't meant (by me) to be contained in the release
tarball.

The largest difference between the readme+changelog and this file is
that these "release-notes" contain a _selection_ of information from the
readme+changelog+bugreports which I consider to be "important to know
about".

Maybe the wiki is a better place to dump this info?
