All my changes to names.txt I made while rebalancing. They're mostly minor
things. The only ones that aren't spelling corrections or obvious fixes
are:
- Mobile Repair Turret -> Repair Turret
- Resistance Circuits -> NEXUS Resistance Circuits
I'm submitting this as a separate patch because I expect it to be much
less controversial than my rebalance patch. :P
