I started a fast game, produced 4 more viper machine gun tanks and got the
flamethrower technology. I analysed it. When it was finished I clicked on
the tank creation and build a flamethrower, then I had a tank with cost of
~540 000 000 energy.
I played a saved skirmish before, which I canceled. Then I started the
fast game.
