I reported a similar bug which occurred in single-player mode; however it
appears the same bug, namely Gas Turbine Generators reducing power output,
also occurs in multiplayer.
Playing on "high power mode" with 2 plants, 8 derricks (no new ones ever
built, none destroyed at all) I recorded the following income / sec after
upgrading:
no upg 5
power module 8
'''gas turbine generator 6''' (notice the downgrade)
first power upg 8
second power upg 8 (no increase here)
vapor turbine generator 10
first power upg 12
second power upg 14
According to the stats it should go 5, 6, 6.25, 7.5, 8.75, 10.75, 12.75,
14.5 though I guess there are rounding issues (suggest using floats or
rounding to the nearest integer to reduce these?)
