#184: buffer overrun in radar.c:428 with latest trunk (r6438), mission gamma 2

 I just encountered a bug in mission gamma 2.
 (the one where you destroy the missile silos and then have to escape)

 As soon as the second part of the mission begins, the game crashes with a
 buffer overrun in function DrawRadarObjects in radar.c at line 428.
 I guess that this is caused by the fact that the mapsize (or at least the
 size of the map shown on the radar) increases at this point but the buffer
 is not properly resized.

 This happens on Linux/x64 with trunk revision r6438.
 I also tested it on r6348, same effect.

 I attached the crash dumps for both revisions.
