On the translation issue I agree more or less with Per, an "authority" for
every language who decides on the translation and either gets direct access or
whose translations are applied immediately and unquestioned.

As for general tickets: I don't like web trackers, because the clicking needed
annoys me. Now I don't suggest to get rid of trac, but would it be possible to
create a mailing list for ticket action? (I think at least ticket creation was
once forwarded to this list, but not anymore). So every new ticket, new comment
with its attachments gets mailed to a warzone-tickets list. At least I would
look at a lot more tickets that way.

And if the whole thing worked in both directions (i.e. reply to the mail gets
added to the ticket, and new mail creates new ticket) that would be perfect.
