This patch starts to introduce a new savegame format based exclusively on
INI and PNG files. It should be easier to modify, easier to maintain
compatibility with, and compress quite well.
Attached is a sample savegame, only implementing basic game info and map
info so far. Please take a look at it and comment on the layout.
