Failing trying to initialize OpenAL.
I am running Xubuntu 8.04 x64 with a Sound Blaster Audigy, and I have
verified that OpenAL is working correctly on my system, and I am able to
run the version from the Xubuntu repository (old, r3595) with no sound
problems.
I have attached the sound debug output from warzone2100.
