On some zoom levels some oil resources disappear from the mini map.
Example: Map Cockpit, maximum zoom -> all oil disappears. On smaller zoom
levels a few oil resources reappear, at even smaller levels all of them.
It should be so that zooming IN (!!!) never lets oil disappear from the
mini map.
