 It always annoys me in multiplayer team games when an AI or an Ally builds
 a structure in my base area that is in the way of my building plans.
 Likewise, when I capture an enemy base, a truck should be able to demo
 things like walls and Power Generators and what not.

 I would suggest for enemy structures, that demo should occur at a slower
 rate than for friendly structures. That way a truck can't just take out an
 enemy's hard point or bunker before it can shoot back at them. Or perhaps
 only allow demo to enemy structures that do not shoot back.

 Demolishing an enemy's structure should recycle a smaller portion of power
 to the player ordering the demo. Demolishing an ally's structure should
 recycle the normal portion of power but to the ally not to the player
 ordering the demo.
