#1690: Remove "Run Warzone 2100" from Vista installer

Current situation:
The installer demands administrator rights. As such, if you are running as
Guest or another user without administrator privilegies, your installer
will run as a different user than who is currently logged in.
If you check "Run wz2100" at the end of the installer, the game will run
with admin privilegies. Apart from being a security problem, this creates
a wz2100 directory in the ADMINISTRATORS home directory, and not the one
currently logged in.
As such, any preferences settings, save games etc made in the first gaming
session will "magically disappear" when starting the game next time.
Proposed solution:
If installer is run by another user than the one currently logged in,
remove/disable the "run wz2100" option.
Or just disable/remove it if UAC is enabled.
Or disable/remove it if the OS is windows, and *may* have UAC.
