Hmm, I don't have any corruption over here. However, it is scaled down, 
admittedly. I thought fullsize looked too big for the page.

I hardcoded the tables because I don't know how to softcode :P ;)
But if someone gave me the code to do it, I could do it...or you could 
just edit the file I uploaded :P

Sorry about the centered text btw, call it a habit.

Having source we can generate PDF and HTML from is really the way to go.
PDF does not suffer from the layout issues HTML has.


I'm not too sure about this. So, here's the deal. I give the full thing 
and you change to your needs ;)
