http://the_cybersphinx.users.sourceforge.net/2.3.1-2.3.4-patches.7z contains
patch series for the changes after 2.3.1.

For 2.3.3, the relevant patches are ~20 KB, and ~70 KB for 2.3.4, mainly due to
r11408 (disregarding translation stuff, platform things, Dydo-ai...).

It's a jpeg encoder. Between updating five build systems, two devpackages with
precompiled libraries, and writing code to interface with the generic and thus
complicated libjpeg, adding two files that export one function call was way
easier (the last patch for libjpeg was larger than the whole encoder, though
that did some strange stuff...).
