#2218: Modules deleting buildings

 So a few of us have had this issue now, and it seems to happen several
 times in a row, to one person, and otherwise happen totally at random
 (happened about three times in a row to two of five players the last game
 we played, and to myself a couple games before.  Host doesn't seem to
 matter, and it will occur in single player skirmishes.[[BR]]

 When going to upgrade a building by adding a power, research, or factory
 module, the builders will start to work on the module, and after about 3
 frames (yes, that fast) the building vanishes.  No error is printed to
 terminal.  This has been noticed on both Windows 7 and Arch Linux.  You're
 able to rebuild on the spot and everything, and the game progresses as if
 that building simply never existed.[[BR]]

 Also worth noting, typically directly before or after having this issue,
 adding any building module upgrades to the build queue, though I can only
 vouch for that happening on my system, not the other two.  After a little
 bit this seems to stop happening, and if you upgrade a building by
 selecting the module from the build dialog and putting it on the building
 instead of just clicking on the building, it seems to stop the issue, but
 that might be coincidence.
