In multiplayer, if building a repair facility, doing research all,
selecting all units (Control+U) and telling them to repair (R), then all
units instantly drop to about 25% health.
Only happens in multiplayer. Haven't found a way to trigger without the
research all cheat, so don't know whether or not it can trigger under
normal circumstances. Researching autorepair does not trigger it.
Happens in 3.0_beta2 and in 2.3.5, but not in master.
