#2341: terrain discolored on right-click

I haven't been able to reproduce this, but I've attached before and after
jpgs of the discoloration and the wzlog file.
The occurrence happened well into a FFA skirmish on UrbanChaos. I had
right clicked an enemy hardpoint to check it's HP.
I tried to repeat on T1 with the give all command, but it didn't work.
