#2562: Full screen problem

When set to full screen it selects double width resolution (I have 2
screens) and shows the left half on the right hand screen so I only see
the left half of the game. Problem did not occur on 2-28 version. Video
card is an Nvidia 440 GT with latest drivers. Screens are configured for 1
on left and 2 on the right as two heads.
