#2581: Holographic projection of pre-built wall drawn incorrectly

On game start, and without rotating the default camera angle, the
holographic projection of wall appears correctly.
But once the camera angle is rotated by 45 degrees in either direction,
pre-built wall projections in the horizontal (or maybe vertical according
to the game) axis are drawn wrong.
However, the walls are built properly even though the projections were
drawn wrong.
