#2582: All factory destination markers are not correctly drawn

Factory , VTOL factory , and Cyborg factory markers are not displayed
correctly. However, in some very rare cases, some of them are partially
visible. Moving the markers to another location do not make it correctly
visible.
The repair facility marker is drawn correctly though.
