The proper signature is (HANDLE, DWORD, PVOID, DWORD, PDWORD), and the
incorrect signature of (HANDLE ,LPCVOID,LPVOID,DWORD,LPDWORD) is a mingw
bug.
Once
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3278558&group_id=2435&atid=102435
is resolved, we should revert said commit and use the correct signature.
