#2622: KI sometimes acts strange / not authentic

I played a match on Sk-Wheel and while playing there were two situations
which I think were quite strange.
I was playing with 7 AI´s on highest difficulty.
1st situation: After almost 90 minutes the green KI got me in a wrong
moment and was ble to attack my base. Green was able to destroy some of my
buildings and all of my tanks. Furthermore his technology (weapons and
armour) was much better than mine. But suddenly, while attacking, he
aborts his attack. His tanks were standing around for at least 30 seconds,
doing nothing. I was wondering what they were doing. So I took a
screenshot and saved the game. Another 20 seconds later the tanks moved
around and disappeared... He could have killed me but he didn´t. (See
attachment with the name "attack")
2nd situation: After 3 hours of gameplay I secured one of my derricks with
a lot of artillery. Blues base was very close to the derrick and my
artillery was able to fire at it. For 10 minutes blue did nothing! He
didn´t send a single unit to prevent me from firing at his base. He had
some tanks and cyborgs around but he just didn´t do anything except to
replace buildings my artillery destroyed. And he couldn´t repair/rebuild
as fast as my artillery was destroying his buildings.
And how did the story end? Green passed by with some heavy tanks and
killed my artillery. Again, blue did nothing... (See attachment with the
