This patch feature a new "ender" 4rth star rewarding players that end
their games properly. It also contain 3 new medals (1:1,16:1 and 32:1)
that also improve the informations about the players.
The big part of that patch was to do ingame tests to tune that new star
properly.
The patch is officialy for 2.3.8 but as far as I can see, multiint.cpp is
not different from multiint.c .
