#2810: mg bunker invulnerable to direct-fire weapons

The machine gun bunker takes no damage from direct-fire weapons in current
master.
The only way to take it out is to use heaps of artillery. This makes any
kind of direct assault totally obsolete.
The direct fire rounds simply don't seem to hit the bunker (probably some
error in calculating whether the projectiles hit, or maybe the bunker is
accidentally offset from its apparent position)
This bug urgently needs to be fixed before releasing the snapshot build.
