Since the Doxygen is now in use, I think it is a good thing to document
code using its functionality.
To this purpose, I propose that the first step should be to decide what
the documentation style to use, and present it on the wiki.
I know this takes a lot of time, but it helps everyone to not waste time
trying to understand code over and over again.
While documenting a group of functions, one is able to see some repeated
functionality, which can later be refracted.
