Just started the campaign game and have researched the twin machine gun. I
recycled all of my experienced units into twin machine gun viper units and
they come out of the factory damaged to ~98 or 99% and will not accept
orders.
The saved game I am uploading is from just before I recycle the units -
meaning the twin machinegun viper needs to be designed, then units
recycled.
