SDL 2 is required.

Numerous improvements have been made in SDL 2, however, at this time we
do not take advatage of their unicode input support, since we have our
own unicode routines in place.
Debug lines will be removed on final merge to master.
Thanks to Berg for fixing the new cursor images.
(NOTE: this branch was the same as XperimentalSDL2, but, it was easier to
delete old branch, and create this one, rather than deal will all the merge
conflicts.)
