#3318: Inconsistent list cycling

When going through the screen resolutions, one mouse button goes forward,
the other backwards.
But this only happens with screen resolutions. Inconsistency in a UI is
bad (I consider it a bug, hence here); I'd suggest making this the case
for all "list" options that have more than 2 options.
