#3332: Assign teams to elements using Ctrl+1 to 0 not possible

Hi,
I'm on a OSX 10.6.8.
Since the last versions, I've noticed it was impossible to create teams by
using Ctrl+1 to 0 digits.
The only thing I've managed to do was to assign elements to a command
torrent and only then assign a team number.
Is that a bug or a new manner to play?
