#3333: (campaign) right unit transport list not updated by produced units

In the campaign i was in an away mission, let my factory (at home base)
produce a unit. If the right transport list is open while the new unit
leaves factory, the list stay as before. I remember that in 2.3.9 the list
is updated with new produced units.
