 Long story short: to allow for production of faster than 255 "production
 points" per second the conversion was necessary. Faster production was
 necessary for our mod.

 The patch was tested with 3.1 RC2 source and works™.

 Fun fact: in the code I found UBYTE, UWORD and UDWORD for
 productionOutput... Similar horror is in other parts of the code dealing
 with research and research points, but I did not feel like changing that
 as well.
