#4571: Add OARS data to appstream

It would be a nice touch to include OARS properties to the AppStream
metadata, the steps are simple, just fill the page here:
https://odrs.gnome.org/oars and copy/paste the result into
icons/warzone2100.appdata.xml
This allows Application Center to know which public should be allowed to
use Warzone 2100.
