#4572: Consider using a translation platform

It's not very convenient to translate Warzone directly into the git (even
more difficult when the documentation stand that the translations are
merged on release time). It would be more convenient to synchronize the
translation template with one platform. There are several already existing
and it's even possible to host your own if you want.

* Zanata
* Pootle
* Transifex
