#4597: Incomplete translation into german

There are some incomplete translations.
In the main menu at mouse options; game options and key mapping.
In the intelligence display the description of the researched artifacts is
in german, but the title is in english.
The unit rank is in english, but only in master not in 3.2.3.
I used master 6ed849c from June 17th.
I add pictures of the not translated parts.
