#4598: "Brain file does not exist"

Hi, above all I will say that I'm french, so sory if i do some mistakes ^^
So, I've got a problem when I lauch a skimrish: the "brain" file does not
exist. I deleted it with all other the files in "stat" in base.wz by
mistake, and I can't recover it. I tried to uninstal and intal again, but
this folder still being empty. I tried to uninstall, delete all the
documents of WZ in "my documents", and intall again, but it didn't resolve
anything.
