Ready for another round of updates for campaign. These changes enable
research for enemy players, allow significant changes to occur with
campaign difficulty selection, and includes the final Beta/first Gamma
missions.
Apparently, power for enemy players was far too low and would be used up
sometimes even before half the mission time had passed. So I increased
most enemy power levels by 2-5 times the original.
Changes to the source include showing Insane difficulty in the campaign
options menu and a qtscript function to modify the default behavior of the
the campaign transport (only ever used in the last Beta mission from what
I can tell).
