#4659: Unit Orders Menu not Updated when Keyboard Shortcuts Used

If you use F, E or C to change status between Fire at Will, Return Fire or
Hold Fire the unit menu (what is this correctly called?) does not update:

This could cause you to think F, E or C haven't worked.
You have to close and reopen the menu to see the change in status.
The same is true of ,./ for the different retreat at X damage settings and
the other options on the menu.
