You say that, although I get the exact same error message somewhere in
the win32-api:

require "watir-vapir"
browser = Vapir::IE.new

C:/Ruby192/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/win32-api-1.4.5-x86-mswin32-60/lib/
win32/api.so: [BUG] Segmentation fault

So I'm not so sure.
