I tried using "when_present" but it produces following error:
timed out after 30 seconds, waiting for {:type=>"(any text type)",
:tag_name=>"input or textarea", :id=>"fb-note-title"} to become present

I am not sure that it worked for 100%. Because sometimes, I got error after
using sleep() too.
